Do any of you guys know the best keyword tool to use? I hear the Google Keyword Tool and Market Samurai are the best. Is this true or are there better ones?

I am fairly new to all this and the budget is tight, would you say that for the money Market Samurai is really worth it. The general opinion is that Google adwords is sufficient. Thanks to everyone for the advice, I'm learning tons.
I second Market samurai, These days if your spending money on tools, look for ones with more than just keyword research, I was amazed at how much Market samurai can do past the basic keyword research.
For best keywords search and its volume we suggest Google Adwords and Google Insights features. This is very useful and gives you top countries searching that keywords.
I love Market Samurai. Not only the keyword research, but you get detailed info on all your competition and it tells you how easily you can rank for your chosen keywords. Plus it shows how many searches the word gets per day, how much traffic you can expect if you rank for it, etc. I think they still have a 30 day trial running if you want to try it for a month before buying it. Just head to the Market Samurai site and sign up and they email you a code to use for your trial.
