PayPal payment mode type "PERSONA" ownd payment Danger

I have paid 55$to someone . Payment mode as Personal Payment " ownd ;;;

when they same me with deal, i triedd to do Dispute . charge back,,


and i found , paypal did not allow me to do



Its not 60days passed > just 3 days back

suggestion needed

Maybe the didn't understand what you are saying. I know I sure don't get it.

 

You can't do a dispute for Personal payments or you're only allowed for few days as far as I can recall.

It's called Personal for a reason you know.

here is conversation :

Me : i paid fund to .person > and i did not get what i paid for >
paypal : you paid as "personal" payment mode . you can not dispute
me : so what to do? the person i sent fund his acc got limted and he cant reputem e

pyapal : if his acc is limited then he should go to resoluation center and upload all document

I was not sure which of the two was correct with my post a while ago but there you have it man..

Personal payments cannot be disputed. You can only get your money back if your friend gets his account back and send the money to you.

 

I don't think there is any other way to get the refund of personal payments.

 

Yes, cause it was personal ( and not business), just ask your friend to send the money back. You didn't lie about it being personal did you?

 

huh?really?Just open my paypal account.I found I can open a dispute for Personal payments..

 

Mark that transaction as Unauthorized transaction... May be that will help you out.
But you can't open a direct dispute.
