Hi, I've been trying to work out how I can track which keywords actually convert into sales as I wish to use Google Adwords to advertise Clickbank products. If it were my own site I could just put Google Adwords tracking code on the 'thanks for buying the product' page but as I don't control this (only the owner of the site does) how I can ever know what keyword actually converts to a sale? Clickbank will show that I've made a sale but not with the keyword. Google Adwords will show a click for a keyword but I won't know what keyword resulted in a sale. Any ideas on how to get round this problem as I don't want to throw money into a pit without knowing what is converting for me?! Thanks very much.
ask your vendor to put your tracking code into the thank you page. most should be more than willing to help you out. i know i do.
