Why Google is so much slow down for Indians i cannot understands .... i have a website with dot com and having original content with 35 pages on it and its 1 year old and when i applied for adsense its still showing pending ..... frustrated ..... any solution !!!!!

Since the invalid click pattern is very high from India, Google is skeptical in approving new websites in their program. You have to e-mail them by saying you are legit and your application is in pending status.
Yes i know that. I mean to say change only City and local address. Even my site was wasn't approved for 30 days. Later i used proxy to register adsense account. If you don't believe me, You can make a try.. Honestly it works out.. If not, PM me your country address etc etc.. I will get you one free account Right now i am 80-115$/day with the same adsense account since 3months..Still my acc is safe.
I personally know the people who banned for 'Tamper Data' even though they didn't change the country. It will usually happen when someone change the address before receive the PIN. If it worked, well good for you. I don't want any help for account because I am a person who is handling 7 accounts at this time.
Its nothing like that ! If your blog or site is good, they are gonna approve it no matters where are you from.
