    how to fix ?

    all i know is that yahoo account have a send limit each day may be that why

    how can set limit in postfix config sending mail per hour or per min ?

    If Yahoo has set hard limit to send mail, you cannot fix it. You have to contact Yahoo.

    I have the same problem .. please tell me how did you managed to get everything fixed because I sent an email to Yahoo and no response after more than 30 days

    Email them again. If you can't hear from them then it's time to change hosting provider.
