Do you think that adsence pays more to the owners of the web sites than the blog owners?

That isn't really up to adsense, it's up to the site owners that take the cut.

adsence is the one that determines what to pay to the publisher, not the site owner

Are you asking about static sites vs blogs? If that is the case, I don't think there is any difference since both are under the content network.

yeah.. but I am wondering if factors like: Alexa rank, page rank and hosting company influence the pay out for clicks

I think there is no difference in terms of payment. Other site got high payment because of the bid of keyword per click.

High payout keywords would almost mean high competition level. Unless you are confident that you will stick on to the site for at least 6-12 months, I wouldn't really recommend that.

But if you seriously want to work on a high CPC niche, I would recommend that you work at smaller niches meanwhile to build up your online income.

Some of the higher paying CPC niche includes weigh loss, finance, mobile, make money online etc. But don't dream of making money until you manage to squeeze into the first page of Google

I've noticed, the more time you're with Google the more they pay of the same keywords
