I doubt if there is any payment processor with no charge back option, chargeback is done by user from his credit card company. So as long as any payment processor accepts credit card payment, there will always be risk of chargeback.

Customers will almost always be able to use their credit cards to make payments and then will be able to issue chargebacks. If you provide a good product or service, then you need not worry about chargebacks.

Turning Liberty Reserve into cash is a serious problem. Maybe you need to be more careful about who you deal with and you won't have chargebacks. There is no better solution than caution.

If customer pays with credit card, he might be able to do a chargeback (but not always). However, if your services are good, you shouldn't get lots of chargebacks, and there is nothing to worry about.

Definetely. In other hand, if person will sell complete rubbish, then it may be the only way to collect payments.

I have an alternative to credit cards that basically allows very zero chargebacks...Customers cannot automatically reverse a check like they can with credit cards or ACH e-checks. If a customer has been defrauded, they go to their bank, get a fraud affidavit, sign that the transaction was fraudulent in front of a notary under penalty of felony perjury punishable by up 10 years imprisonment. The notary has to sign and affix their seal. The affidavit can then be returned to their bank and then forwarded to the merchant’s bank where the merchant’s bank decides whether or not to refund the money. With ACH a customer simply calls their bank to reverse the charge under NACHA rules.

If you are interested - contact me - and I can get you setup...
