hahaha yes it will, depending on your diet, if for you is very difficult to stick to a diet, then you should start eating less each meal, at least a bit less every time. A good option, is to eat more proteins, like meat, fish, chicken, eggs, cheese (any kind) milk, yogurt, all vegetables, and to have carbs like rice and bread but in very small portions. And to have a very light dinner, like chicken soup without nuddles or potato, or maybe a nice salad. Try to have at least 2 liters of water so you will burn all your toxines and clean your inside.
