    I am looking to buy a niche blog with 100% unique content. The requirements for the blog are below

    1. PR2+ with inner PR pages
    2. 100% unique content
    3. Domain Registered on Namecheap.com
    4. At least 6 months old blog
    5. My budget is $25

    I basically need a website to get my Adsense account approved.

    Why don't you create a free blogspot blog? Just go to blogger.com and sign up then apply for Adsense with that blog.
