I used to drink it every day and then summer came I started to drink soda and water. And Now, It's leaving I'm starting to drink coffee every day
I drink about 2 8oz cups a day with lots of vanilla creamer but that is only in morning. The rest of the day, I usually drink water. Try to stay away from soda. Not good for the teeth (although, coffee with a bunch of vanilla creamer and sugar are probably worse) but I brush 3 times daily and drink lots of water. I do try to throw milk in there too (although I hate drinking milk, I force myself to drink at least one glass a day) I figure the yogurt can give me those same vitamins
I love coffee. ESPECIALLY Dunkin Donuts COFFEE. I used to drink 3 cups a day,but now down to 1 black coffee per day. It's hard because I love their hazelnut coffee, but I'm trying to eat healthy and get back into shape, so this is part of the process.
