    I wonder about BurstNet's stand on this. Whats is going on there when they don't even reply to emails?

    yeah... they sent that email as a cover. Contacted BurstNet and they specifically said they couldn't comment on the issue, but they said they received NO email from a company named serverwow. they sent it hoping it could provide deniability and cut off some people from pursuing legal matters. If you submit a claim (which I did about 2 weeks ago, WAY before they sent that email), it will get denied because 'the seller doesnt have sufficient funds in his/her account')

    Sounds like the money is being pulled immediately to prevent refunds.

    Serverwow confirmed on a post on webhostingtalk that BurstNet were not to blame (after they challenged serverwow) Serverwow caused the problems and now server wow wont refund.
    If you paid by credit card charge back now as paypal can not access any of their funds to pay us back.
    This is not the first scam Darren Slade has run - don't trust the empty promises - file for a refund now!
