The domain was registered in 2008, but the site was just recently created, around last week or so.

Assume no traffic, and there haven't been any sales.

It's a startup website. I'm very open to offers.

the site looks interesting, but i'd like to know how you got to the sum of 300$.
there has to be some logic to it.
Especially that there is no traffic...

 

The domain name, logo, cost of the template and work put into it.

You won't be able to find a better start up site for lower.

And think about it, you normally sell a site for 10 months revenue right? So the site would need to make $1 a day or $30 a month to be worth $300.

 

are you selling a website making 1$/day or a brand new one?
how can you predict it will make 1$/day?
