    it's been a long time since i've been back here.
    Thanks for the post...I'll definitely take advantage of these resources and go thru them and find what is most relevant for me and my clients.

    Good list. Do you submit the same article to all 500? Do you spin the article?

    Just wondering as I'm currently working with about 10 article sites(PR 4+) and using Free Traffic System, without taking the time/effort to spin my articles.

    I don't normally spin articles, I just write everyday and submit one article to about three article directories then I look to see where my article sticks and I start building links to that article via dofollow blog commenting and social bookmarking so that my article has more power to pass towards my clients/my site...

    good list but i dont see why u put http://Accessify.com on that lise especially at top spot.

    Yes it is PR 8 but does not look like article submission and it has spyware and a threat comes up on my virus scanner

    Crap... Sorry I they must,ve changed that site and I must have missed it in my check. Remember I had to check through 500 listings, it is quite possible that I missed one. Sorry :(
