    That looks good - the plain look is owing to the web 2.0 theme, I presume?

    However, there is something missing from this graphic.. I am not sure what! *sits down and thinks*

    It needs a little more on the text, beside just the plain text. Maybe incorporate the "sushi" or "chips" into the font as well.

    Looks good, nice shadowing under the top chip. To add some flair try adding a backdrop shadow on the words the same way the chips are.

    Good job, I like it. Maybe you should try putting the text in the same orange you used on the chips, I think that'll give it a little more impact.

    i would guess a sushi place where you can play some games haha
    but i really like the logo, the shadow and lighting are really soft and good

    It is very simple yet looking nice for the first impression ..The one thing you missed is the effects on fonts .. Better give some effects to it like some web 2.0 or some shadows and reflection ..
