Possibility that facebook will rank # 1?

Hello guys,

When I reviewed the top 500 sites on the web, I found out that still facebook remains to be the second best website around the world even overtaking yahoo.
Do you think it is possible that facebook will rank number one as the best website in the near future?

The 1 month rank is actually calculated using a combination of average daily visitors and page views over the past month. The site with the highest combination of visitors and page views is ranked #1.

Additionally, what company actually owns facebook?

What do you think guys?

 

I don't think they will ever out rank google

I also don't think they'll grow above the big G. Although I will give Facebook that much, they did climb up there pretty fast, but as popular as social networking is, I still think G will prevail (how many of us use Facebook as a homepage, for example? Not me )

 

It is not possible to over take the GOOGLE........ But as a social networking site, face book crossed the Google's Orkut.... but it is not possible to get the first place , pushing google down. Just think over here.. we have a big section here for Google>>> but we don't have any such big section facebook

 

They Deffo won't out rank Google anytime soon.

Facebook definately #1 in Social Networking (I am an avid user of it) and have reconnected with so many old friends I love it. As for replacing google as a search engine, I don't think so. google will always be my number 1 search engine

No, I think Facebook can not be on the 1st Place. Because Google is father of all websites.

 

Facebook ranks 1st in social newtworking sites but if we consider in general category it stans next to google.

 

It's amazing to think Facebook and Google have only been around for a decade or so and are already earning BILLIONS!
