Question about Paypal dispute

Discussion in 'PayPal' started by dhisky, Dec 13, 2009.

Is the account of the one who open a dispute will also be affected? Like he will not be able to withdraw money or send money? Or the account of the one who's being complaint will just the only one be affected to a dispute?

What will happen to the account of the one who open a dispute if he lost?

    Thanks!

The scenario is, I have a regular customer to whom I am doing my service I think for almost a month now. He is paying me money via paypal regularly and just last week, I don't know what happened to him he became angry with me for some unknown reason and he's delaying my payment now and told me that I didn't do my tasks properly and I will not get my money. I have a clean track record to him and he always telling me that I'm doing a good job and just last week when he had this attitude issue.

I really need the money now and I wonder if I can open a dispute to this guy? Anyone?

    You didn't get it.

He's always paying me after the tasks is done not before I start the tasks. Like last week, he gave me tasks and I already finished them all but he's delaying the payment and he's telling me that I will not get the money.

Sorry if that sounds funny to you but that's why I'm asking because I don't have a clue.

sorry to say , nothing can be done here , you kre actually the seller and they can never dispute a payment cos paypal does not consider what work you have done or not , it is only interested in money transacted through them.

thats what u can't open dispute with some one to claim for money even if you finished their work. they need to pay. dispute means its between sales not with work or work payment. so its better ask him to pay also just ask him why he not happy with your work.

Paypal takes responsibility of only transactions done through it. It can not help you settle a dispute which did not involve its operations.
