Well, simply click on SEND MONEY button and fill the details.
And when there is no balance, PP takes the money from CC. :)

when u link ur CC to paypal it will take 1.95$ from ur credit card, then soon after verifying it will return that money to ur account saying yourpaypal is verified ,then u can send money from ur paypal,

if else u try request money from ur bank accout to paypal,by adding ur bank details to paypal.

If your credit card is added to your PayPal, it will be used as the source for PayPal funds even if your account is $0.

It maybe a debit card. As far as I know, you can't use debit card as a mode of payment on Paypal. Am I right?
Or maybe if it is allowed, his debit card don't have enough funds in it.

You need to chose the funding source as CC.
If there is still cannot, then you need to contact your CC issuer bank to ask them check it out.

You can use debit card on PayPal. The only time it can't be used is when (a) there are not enough funds in it, or (b) the bank issuer has disabled online payments using the card, meaning that the card can only be used for offline purchase.

I also feel your card is disabled for online use for safety purpose. Do check up with the card issuing company/bank to enable it for online transaction.

I also have a debit card connected on Paypal.
So you mean that mine also is disabled since I can't use my funds for online purchases using Paypal?

Same thing happened with me and I spoke with paypal and bank people too, and the result came that they didnt let me use my cc through paypal to make payments and in India you cant even add your debit card to paypal, it is not accepting it at all.

There are only a few contries wherein Paypal accepts verification through Debit Cards. And Philippines is one of them.

Yes, only a few.. means 23 countries, have the facility to use or pay with credit/debit card. but sticky with debit card. we use MDCC to verify and get/draw funds.

I think you have to give PayPal permission to take funds from your creditcard first (they will take some money out automatically I believe).

yup they automatically take out their fee when you make some payment with cc , plus the cc company with also charge you for the money in the monthly bill , too much fees imo using credit cards.

I am from India and I dont think they take money through debit card in India and when you contact paypal people they says that we do accept payment through debit card and you contact your bank people regarding that but when I have balance in account what should I talk with my bank people as they cant help in it.
