    First, make sure that search engines can clearly and easily get to all pages in your site.

    Second, create an xml sitemap, and submit it to Google. If you don't know how to do this, there are some online generators you can use.

    Finally, if there are specfic pages you're looking to get indexed, use pingler.com to ping google so they are aware of the page.

    set it like this
    User-agent: *
    Disallow:
    many robots do not know allow command
