Purchasing a site with PR -Some queries

Dear friends,

I have some queries which i would like you to help me . Iam planning to buy a PR3 or PR5 site from DP forums.

1.How can i check if the PR is correct? (where can i check it)

2.Should i be a registered Pay-pal account holder?

3.If i pay with Pay-Pal can i get back the amount if he/she has cheated me ?

4.I understand that i should have a Godaddy(or other registrars) account to recieve the website when he pushes it. Is there any other thing involved in it ?

5. Can i choose a free hosting like blogger or WP after registering it with Go daddy ?

yes because u need to pay as paypal is widely used here

u can use escrow at your expenses

it depends on that domain registrar

you can host anywhere thats your choice

Depends on the vendor. But that is recommended to have paypal account for that

You need domain name account with aby domain name registrar to treansfer domain name to

Any type of the web hosting will be ok

 

Can some one say what are the changes i will have to do in the A name settings and other things.?? the domain registration is Godday and hosting is in Blogger

 

Bear in mind it's quite common for PR to drop the moment the domain changes hand. Try to get the current content along with the domain purchase to avoid this.

you can try the buy/sell trade section of dp - especially sites section and buy sites with pr.

 

i don't suggest you use free hosting, as bad thing cound happen quite often
