First of all let me know which branch you are using for UBL.
let me guide you step by step:
    1) Find the swift code for UBL (your own branch) and it's given online on Swift directory.
The swift code for karachi headoffice branch is UNILPKKAXXX and if your branch don't have any swift code provided then you can use this living in karachi or call your city's headoffice branch.
    2) Login to your moneybookers account -> My account tab -> then click add on bank account
    3) Enter your swift code
    4) Enter your bank account number (Make sure your bank account name is just same as your moneybookers account name else they will reject it)
    5) Comfirm and you are ready to withdraw your amount
    6) Click on withdraw tab and enter the amount you want to withdraw.

    Answers to your ques:
    1) For the first time, your bank can take within 5-30 days time to get the payment. Moneybookers just take 2-5 working days to send the payment but Pakistani banks are a bit slow specially for the first withdrawal. After that, it can take 2-10 working days to get the money in your account.
    2) There is no such receiving or withdrawal limits but there is a sending limit on your moneybookers account i.e. $8000+
    3) You can withdraw any number of amount and the charges will be $2.64 on every withdrawal as far as i know because the most i withdrawed was $800 and it was same for that too.
    4) You can work with your local currency account and no need of having a foreign currency account.
    5) Moneybookers do close/ban/terminate accounts if you go against their TOS so make sure you read all the rules and TOS.
i hope it's clear to you and i tried to give detailed answers to your questions as well.
    Thanks a lot
    PHYza
    @ scurvy ...
I think so yes it's $13+ for me too and i never tried to withdraw such low amount so don't have exact idea but yes it's nearer to the amount you posted.
No you can't receive money from US account holders because moneybookers don't allow US customers anymore.
    Thanks

Thank you very much for so giving detailed answer to Q. You are very cooperative.

Well if we talk about the terms and conditions of MB, I am dealing only in SEO services. So I am unable to get money from my US clients :( which alternate you suggest for the US clients???

You can use alertpay but i myself never used it so no experience regarding this. Else plimus and 2CO is good but 2CO got a fee of $49 as far as i know.
I myself deal with my US clients via gaf (getafreelancer dot com) as all of my clients are gold member there and me myself too.
    Thanks

AlertPay akh... one of my client tried to send me through that but he was unable to send that as they are asking so many things for funds transfer. Plimus review the transaction which is time taking nearly 2-3 days. I signed up there at GAF but didn't used it, it looks complicated to me, but I will use it know.

What if I go for Meezan Bank for MoneyBookers, is that fine?

Almost everybank has its SWIFT code, if your specific branch has no SWIFT, they can provide your bank head office SWIFT code through branch clearings are made.

So you must contact your branch to give them SWIFT code of the Head Office or the bank which deals on behalf of your bank.

Meezan Bank, that's good, I will go there and open my account. Thanks

I will be getting money in my MB account in small parts like 50$ or 40$ then which amount you suggest me to withdraw, 100$, 200$ or wait for 500$. Is there any restriction on no. of withdrawl???

Well I would suggest MB to hire you for Customer Handling as you have much knowledge about these affairs.

Every bank has a swift code as far as i know and if not then you can use your head office branch's swift code for your city..
You can withdraw as much as you can as far as it crosses the min limit i.e. $14 or something... It's better if you withdraw more thn 100 or 200 at a time because it will charge you same $2.45 even if you withdraw $50 or $500...

    Hi Nadish,
Well i have clearly not a good idea abt visa cards but i think so you can easily withdraw money to your Soneri bank if your address and bank is verified.
Well i am using Meezan bank and they are very much co-operative as far as i knw :)
    Thanks
