All links are from mixed niches. There's no single specific niche. They're mostly 'general' so its suitable to place links of any niche.

I wouldn't mind that but unfortunately time is not on my side as i have many other jobs to do and projects to complete hence for the moment i'm just selling the list.

No, i cannot assure you that.
I'll just provide the list of high PR pages here you or someone you hire can comment and gain a link.
Since I(or anyone) don't know Google's Algorithm on PR, i can't predict but my links are all as mentioned and you can always ask for replacements after a period of time if your comment didn't appear or wasn't approved(provided that the comment was long and good enough).

wow, i this is great, but I'd rather find my own, one way to find high PR blogs is use your keyword to search for blogs on the internet, i am sure a lot of them will show up then check the backlinks of the top 20 results i am sure you will huge data from there, just my 2 cents.
