I really like this site. The domain name is quite catchy and easy to memorise (mate face!), could be bought just for the domain really, as i think its a great generic domain! But anyway onto the site.
It gets the rss feeds from:
Joystiq, Video Game Talk, Total Video Games, and Luna Bean

And aggregates them and shows them on the relevant pages. It is always upto date, with lots of content.

The layout looks really nice. It is a modified one from oswd that i got. The logo is custom.


The site is sold as seen. I am not responsible for it once sold. I will help as much as i can though. You only really need the basics with your server, AFAIK just PHP, pref running under linux but i see no problem with it running under Windows / something else. All content from the rss feeds are assumed to be under fair use, as they provide it for free & there are links back to their pages, and credits at the bottom of each page.

Stats/revenue: Assume 0/0 as i don't track it.

Can you tell me how much it earns a month now? And traffic stats perhaps?

So please take it as 0/0 as i have no idea. It could literally be on 0 a day/$0 a day, or could be 10k a day. (i would probably notice if i got $10k a day from all of a sudden though!!!)

 

Dont see how you could have starting big at $90 and BIN and $500 when you have no stats or revenue and it's not even an unique template. But good luck on bidding. If prices were lower I may be interested.

 

Can you put like a third party tracking like extreme tracking and give us an idea for the traffic please.

What scripts are you using for aggregating content. How do you go about maintaining it?

It is run off MagpieRSS really, and you don't really have to maintain it. It even has a built in cache so it doesn't constantly retrieve the rss feeds

Please just assume 0 traffic.

 

MagpieRSS is not independent, it have to work within some other CMS or templating system. What is it?

 

It doesn't run with any aditional things. MagpieRSS is a parser. Some of the site is custom coded by me, but the part that gets the rss feeds and produces an array which can be used to display info is MagpieRSS.

 

Right, i remembered that my host provides some basic stats built in with the hosting package. Here are some figures:




TBH those figures have suprised me a bit ... not sure how its been so high. I never really like those stat things, but they give you a little bit of an idea about it. I never find them to be that acurate. But meh. That is comparing when ive looked at those sorts of stats on other sites then used something like stat counter, they differ...
