Truth is if you are asking this question, it may not be easy for you to do. If you are not familiar with editing a WordPress Template, you may find this challenging. My advice to you is to send an email to the theme author and ask them if they will do it for you. I am a theme author, and sell themes, so I get requests like this at times. Often times we'll throw in updates like this to make a sale. HTH - Scott
It's possible to customize pretty much any theme. The edits you're talking about seem pretty simple too. Like AlohaThemes mentioned though, if you have to ask, I'm guessing you're not too familiar with HTML/CSS? If that's the case, it might be a little difficult to customize on your own. Glancing at the code it looks like some parts of the theme are widgetized, so maybe you won't have to manually edit theme files, but rather use a text widget to place the code (like for an optin box) instead.
