Okay, i can only access my site with a proxy or my server IP. I type in my domain & it gives me a server not found. Every other computer here can get access with the domain but i cant. Domain registered long ago it used to work but now it don't. Anyone know the problem here. I think its that maxed out connections and blocked my computer ? THanks

Most likely the issue is.....have people forgotten about firewalls? Do a traceroute from your computer to the site in question. You might need to contact your host and have them check their deny lists for your IP on their firewalls to see if there's where you're being blocked.

Then do a traceroute from a working computer and compare the results.

Well, like fierceservers said, this has gone completely overlooked, but you're blocked in the servers firewall. 99.5%

just try checking the .htaccess for the site in question.

from what i see, this maybe the issue since you can access the site/server via its Ip but not via the domain.

    there must be something like
    deny from ur Ip.

    remove this line and try.

post here if you still face problems

it maybe an issue with your ISP.

best is then try running the trace route and see where the packets are dropping.

Also, if possible, send me a Pm with site name, Location and provider.

I agree with what this person is saying. It is most likely a DNS issue somewhere (your host, your ISP, your domain controller if on a network at home, a cache on your local PC), but the ONLY way to get a better idea about what is happening for you is to do a traceroute (or tracert).

Do it for both the domain and the IP address of your web site. Chances are your host will ask for that too, particularly if, as you say, some people can see it and some people can't, or it works from some places and not others.

The tracert will find all sorts of problems and if it is a firewall issue, it will probably help to identify that too.
