Aff. Companies that allow incentivized clicks?

Hi everyone,

I am thinking of starting either
A) A GPT site, or
B) A "special" site that you'll all be hearing about quite soon if I choose to start it.

Basically to make either of these sites work I need to find a few sites that allow you to incentivize clicks. Please post some!
I don't mind if you post a referral link or whatever, I'll use them...

I think that most of those "complete 10 offers and get an ipod" sites are using comission junction affiliate programs.

 

CJ is the only site I can't use simply because I started a GPT site and used pricerunner + eBay but forgot to apply for incentivized clicks on CJ - If I remember correctly I was half way through applying for an allowance for incentivized clicks when I had a power cut (I was using a PC) and so i left it for a while and then forgot. So then I got a warning and i'll probably be banned because I saw the email 2 days after I got it so I could only stop the GPT 2 days late!

Do those companies include CPC as an "action" (cpa)?
