Virtual Credit Card

    Hello,

    I am looking for a service (website) that offers to make Virtual CreditCards for free (or monthly cheap price), and with the option to deposit money on it with PayPal or money transfer from a bank account from europe.

    Does anyone knows any site that offer such service?

    You can make it via your bank if its there in your bank.

    ts a brilliant question, but nobody even tries, of course not absolutely free of cost, but as a free service to the main account.

    yes a notorious.. e wallet offers this service. they are form EU.
    and they offer VCC of master card.

    but they accept onlt cc.dc, not paypal.......u know a funny thing, most eu org, are don't accept PP.:0

    But information is money...:)

    The greendot financial network has a prepaid cards that offers a great resource as a virtual cc and bank account.... You can refill via another bank account, in person at walmart and many drug stores - best part is they have an arrangement with Paypal so that the refill money pak's are also accepted directly at paypal...

    Nice account actually.. I think it may be for u.s. only though, but not sure... http://www.greendotonline.com

    i know a supplier who offers a free account to create
    non and reloadable virtual cards.
    But of course you still have to pay fees when loading and creating your
    cards.

    Actually, entropay cards are viryually free to create once you have an account with them and only a small charge to load, also as long as you are in a country that allows paypal to credit card withdraw they work just fine.
