Why USA & israel can have Nuclear, but the others not?

I'm with to take off the hole Nuclears form the all countries, but atleast to get off from US & israel.

 

Because America and Israel are STABLE countrys unlike your friend iran.

But seriously, here's the situation. It's like the boy who cried wolf. Now that the REAL rogue/terrorist supporting nations with nuclear aspirations are popping up everywhere Bush, and in turn America by association, has no support to go after them. For a political and economic system, where the government has total control; he really should be spending this money on, oh I dunno, feeding his starving population, instead of trying to find ways to blow shit up.

 

I read this article too. It also says that US, S Korea, China, and Russia are all trying to stop N Korea. With all those badass countries against N Korea, I think they won't be testing anytime soon.
