    Alright, here's my review:

    The promised links were placed within 10(!) minutes after our deal was negotiated.

    I'm really impressed by the quality of Paul's service and would recommend his backlinking packages to anyone who wants to increase the PR of his / her site. This man knows what he's doing and doesn't just blatantly spam a URL but actually takes time to write a relevant comment.

    No, the pages are not spammy. There are 10-30 OBL on the pages where your links will be placed.
