Just want to share my experience with Bust.net and avoid anybody who want to buy a server from them. My server there was down for 4 days, and their support is SUCKS, each of their reply take 24hr (sometimes more). and sometimes they put you on hold, when they are unable to see whats the server problem.. as they did to me. They wasted 4 days of my time, and they never fixed my server problem, their Network is really SUCKS. Also they charged me for another 1 month, in the mid of the first month, i was even don't planing to stay with them. but they told me that they renew the server automatically. and they are unable to refund my money. Don't trust these guys, you will lost your money and you business. Stay a way from Burst.net
Well burst.net has got mixed reviews on the net i wouldnt prefer going with a company which has mixed reaction coz there are good chances u can face issues too
Yes, i agree... How about HostGator Dedicated servers? i am planing to buy 2 server from them this week.. anybody have review about them? looks like they are great...
They are good but u can get same server for cheaper price pm me if u need help finding a good dedi server provider US based and decent prices
If you are paying using Credit Card to BurstNet then there is a possibilities that they will charged you automatically (so use PayPal instead they can send you invoice but they cant charge you) however if you cancel the services before your billing end they should refund it to you. Read their ToS for more information.
I had a vps with them a few years a go, honestly I thought that they were pretty good never really had any issues with them and when I did it gotten resolves within about 30-40 mins of openning the support ticket. Maybe they over grown their support staff they might be short or somethig. But I had a good experience with them.
For one, you haven't told us the full story. black.hat -> load of rubbish, unless someone can provide actual facts and support ticket proof of such a business doing such an awful thing - Im not believing one bit of it.
