My problem was that my pending articles and all the distribution credits I paid for on May 21 disappeared. This morning I called the phone number for 2CO that was listed on my credit card bill. The call took about a minute, and they filed something to iSnare's account with them telling them that I had not had a response from them and that I want a refund. They also copied me on an email to iSnare stating the same. The rep told me to call 2CO back if I don't get it resolved by Monday or Tuesday because they "want to be sure there is resolution to my problem." Doesn't mean I'll get a refund or my credits, but it's progress. The number is 1-877-294-0273 in the US or 0871-871-8283 in the UK.
100 credits I bought vanished from my account around the same time as the previous poster, I emailed Isnare, no reply, used their ticket system, no reply, filled in their online form, no reply, posted a comment on their blog, no reply............ Eventually I had to file a complaint with 2co and they informed me that they had sent a request in to isnare to sort the issue, 1 week later I hear nothing so contacted 2co again and they gave me a full refund. In the meantime they are still publishing my pending articles. Quite simply: they have a horrific customer support record from what I can gather and do not give two hoots about offering refunds, instead wait to be charged back. Saying all that though, I still use em.
I doubt your articles would be distributed because no "Marked for Distribution"... perhaps i was wrong...
Same here. I paid on May for 100 credits. I have used less than 10 and suddenly all credits disappeared. I have been sending more than 10 emails to them and there is no reply. I think I have to contact 2CO in this case.
Isnare is ready and ready to go! They are finally catching up to speed... But they suck!!!!!!!!!!!!! Use me instead! Article Marketing is a "white hat" technique that search engines just eat up and is extremely effective because it's highly targeted. Only relevant sites, publishers, directories and newsletters will publish your articles, so you're sure to reach an interested audience. Because your article is always being placed on new, relevant sites, this is a completely "white hat," honest and honorable way to demonstrate that you're serious about providing good, quality content. We will build your website's backlinks by submitting a UNIQUE 550-600 word article to various directories and outlets.
So, is anybody here getting their articles approved? I have around 80 articles in the queue (marked for distribution). If they are distributing them then its fine, else I need to ask for refund. So, anybody got their articles approved??? Anybody?
I've currently got 4 pending articles... with the oldest being submitted almost a full month ago (June 18th.) I did actually get one article approved on June 29th... That's my most recent distributed article. I do like the results I get with ISnare when they actually finally distribute the articles, but right now I'm not feeling confident that they'll ever approve my articles which makes me spend my time elsewhere (with the more reliable article distribution alternatives that I use like Article Marketing Automation.)
I never got a response from iSnare, but when I followed up with an email to 2CO asking for a refund they refunded my payment within minutes. I don't have any pending articles and haven't tried submitting any new ones since these latest problems started.
Yes, my articles are being approved.. I have over 400 articles sitting in the que for distribution.. Looks like they are back to their old ways and its taking them about 30 days to look at 1 damn article. They are absolutely worthless. In my opinion, they could use another.....!
I'm happy to report that ISnare finally is starting to approve my articles. I really do like their service when it's actually working. I get good results with them.
I lost credit and approved articles and some pending ones. It appeared as if the site had gone back in time about 6 weeks. 2CO were good at getting a refund - they tried contacting iSnare copying me on the emails, but after no response asked iSnare to refund, and when that got no response - refunded me. 2CO actually responded well and promptly to all contact by email. iSnare appear to be dead and have never yet responded to any contact by me or 2CO ! My support ticket from 5th June priority 1 is still unlooked at today !!
ISnare is very slow... but again I must say - I love the results I get with them once they've finally approved my articles. And if you think about it, does it really matter if it takes them a month to approve your article? It's annoying... but article marketing for SEO is a long term proposition so you need to have some patience anyway.
any update information about isnare? are they still take 1 month to approve and distribute 1 article?
