I agree with you, if there is no creativity in the blog then the visitor is surely not going to return back

You know what this quote spells it out nicely... "the single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place." by George Bernard Shaw...

Bloggers forget to listen to their audience... they forget to understand why they are writing...

In order to become a better communicator, they first need to be a good listener... if they become a better listener, they will be "half successful."

Most blogs fail because people are not willing to put in the time required to be successful. The first few months of a blog can be a discouraging experience and it takes commitment to keep pushing.

This post is spot on. When you are actively posting and thinking about your audience instead of making money you will be successful. Links, an attentive audience that awaits your next posts, and traffic that won't quit. Ups and downs in the SERPs? No problem. Quality content and good linking structure will eventually take you to where you want to be if you are willing to work.

If you know how to use social media sites such as Twitter, Stumbleupon and Facebook you'll become a networking machine. Build these networks to epic proportions...if you don't have the time...hire someone to do the grunt work. Gets those posts out there in front of eyes and eventually you will find people start linking to you.

Its working for me and I have under 50 posts in my WP blog.

Don't make a blog to talk about how much money you made online, or systems for making money. Get out of the make money niche and do a website for something you love and consider yourself an expert in. Put together a decent website designed to make sales, and then generate targeted traffic.

I would say that 99% of people fail due to having unreal expectations. Even the OP mentioned the 100,000k income that many bloggers like this is some easy feat to pull off starting from scratch.

Yes this is the main reason because people start a blog with the expectation to become a millionaire overnight... it doesn't happen that way and when they figure that out, they move on...

Thank you. You are right, first people need to focus on establishing their site rather than focusing on making money with Adsene, etc... without any fresh content and a site filled with ads, it is a turn off for many... they will never come back to your site. So a good point.

I agree. Similar to what I said to Klutze above for expectations...

I think a good blog is determined by the quality of the article. make creative articles that make people like her blog

Some blogs fail if the owner cares about making money too much instead of focusing on the quality of the blog. :)

You are absolutely right. People focus on making money from the first day, rather than focusing on writing good articles. I think they probably visit their Adsense account page more often than engaging their own readers. I think people fail to respond to comments and engage users because they are too busy trying to find ways to make money...

I see a lot of posting in this forum asking how they can make money quickly... I thought I would remind them of this...

Recently I was contacted by an individual on DP to assist with their blog... I've agreed to provide some strategic advice... however, after a few days, he said that he is not making any money... I told him, "you have just scratched the surface and haven't really done any real work...", he said "I am going to find someone else to help me..." I said "good luck..."

The essence of this story is that, today people want to hit the jackpot overnight. They just want to make quick money and move on. This is not going to happen unless they lay a strong foundation. A strong foundation will help them make money over and over again.
