2. Add those keywords to your KEYWORD tag as well as try to include them in your meta Desc.
3. Write a FRESH & UNIQUE content with proper KEYWORD DENSITY
4. Update your CONTENT at least weekly
5. Get Backlinks (There are various methods - Get ideas from DP forum itself)

 

Do some good onpage optimisation using your keywords and then start to build links to the website in question.

check your robot.txt
some robots do not know allow command
and you do not have sitemap
