I'm wanting to sell my tech blog. Some people might be curious about why I'm selling it, well my answer is simple. I'm 16 now and I'm currently doing my GCSEs. I have piles of coursework to be getting on with and I simply don't have time for this kind of stuff right now so I'm selling this so the blog won't die out and can be carried on by someone else, well that and the fact I need money.

The posts on the website and 100% unique and have never ever been posted anywhere else. They were all writen by me in my spare time and like I say, I don't have much spare time left anymore.

Also a quick search on Google will show that this blog is respected by Google and is of high quality.

Bid now and grab yourself a decent website which could make you alot more money than you pay for it.

I want payment through Paypal and please don't bid if you don't intend to pay.

Unfortunatly no proof of revenue as I don't use Adsense however I do sell advertising spaces and sometimes links. =] I've also signed up on a website where advertisers can contact me so I can make a post about their product and they pay me often $5-10 for a short post with 1-2 links.

Yes, backup the scripts including a copy of the database. Depending on where you have registered the website, it could be a free push to someone who registers there.
Make sure you email the domain and scripts/files only to the paypal id from which you received payment (this will protect you[a bit] in case of fraud accounts and in case of chargebacks)

If its a site based on wordpress, you can export the xml easily within wordpress, this plus the theme/plugins should be sufficient to move the site to a different host. In my experience, offering free hosting (where ever the site is hosted currently) or a free transfer to their host can result in a quicker sale.
All the best for your sale.

I can't offer free hosting as it is my only shared account. I will just give a wordpress export?

I checked this morning and site was down...
Also, I'm a bit concern about Paypal and the lack of security. How do you plan to handle the transaction using Paypal?

Well basically, once I recieve the money I'd email you the entire website. I'd also need your GoDaddy details so I can transfer the domain. Quite simple tbh but I understand your concern since it is a large transaction :)

OK but once the money transferred to you paypal, the buyer has no warranty if the files and domain are not sent. While I do not discuss your honesty, this is something that a buyer need to have in mind. Paypal will not care since it is digital products.
I already sent a paypal payment to a seller who never transferred the site. I just lost the money.
What can be done for this issue?

Well I'll be honest with you mate, I don't have a clue what can be done. All I can do is promise the buyer that they will recieve the website. I'm not sure maybe whoever the buyer is can talk on the phone with me or something for reasuurance but there's nothing more I could possibly do.
