A question about Traffic Source

    i use google analytics,and now i have a question about the traffic source, when i log in it, i can find there has a direct traffic, i want to know what is direct traffic, generally where they come from?Bookmark ?Email or what?

    direct traffic means peoples open your site directly by typing ur site in browser

    email traffic is usually shown as referral traffic.

    e.g.

    uk.mc870.mail.yahoo.com / referral
    mail.google.com / referral
