    No ; I have two servers installed but I cannot get DNS clustering working and want to hire someone who can.

    what happens when you try to do it? I've done it plenty of times so I'm sure there is a way around everything. You'll probably save yourself some money if you can just look up the issue. Even contact cPanel for help directly - great people over there.

    Yes exactly, Buy alteast 2 small server with deferent datacenter and install cpanel DNS ONLY.

    then you can visit cpanel documentation for DNS clustering, its easy and simple to follow.
