    Dear *****,

Thank you for inquiring as to how to restore access to your account.

PayPal is constantly working to ensure security by regularly screening
the accounts in our system. We recently reviewed your account and need
more information to help us provide you with secure service. Until we
can collect this information, your access to sensitive account features
    will be limited.

To return your account to regular standing, please complete the
checklist items indicated when you login to your account and click on
the link provided on the "Account Overview" page.

The link will appear as: "Your account access is limited: Click here for
    Details."

Once you complete all of the checklist items, our Account Review team
will review your case and send you an email with the outcome of the
review. Cases are reviewed in the order they are received.

We regret any inconvenience, and we would like to restore your access as
    soon as possible.

Please do not respond to this email, as responses to this message will
    not be answered.

    Sincerely,

    PayPal Account Review Team

Yesterday before sending this I clicked on Premier account & after a few more clicks my account became premier.

I cant see Your account is limited anywhere in my account. What does this mean? They threatened me that they will soon make my account limited?

    What shall I do now?

    Your question is too confusing.
So now your account is limited or not?
If its limited, then you should sent all the document requested by PP and do your PP is verified?

If it says your account is limited yet your account is obviously not than that might be a phishing e-mail. Either that or Paypal just thinks you are a possible liability. I myself have had this done, and all I had to do was send in some scanned documents, and had my account restored over the phone. (My premier not business.)

If you do not have money in your paypal account you can create a new account. Get in touch with Paypal support and explain things to them and get their views. Do not make Fake accounts.

We just integrated with PayPal for our payment services.

What kind of stuff can you do to get your account "limited"?
