Google Wave apps and extensions

If you had the resources and staff what would you create using the new Google Wave ?

my ideas have been

- games like role playing
- casino games, poker is a easy one
- A fellow member thought of RSS updates
- Facebook app, but what do you want it to do.
-international dating ( using the live translator)
-international travel site/forum

Let me know in details and help me brainstorm.

 

I would integrate CPA offers into games or something similar, and make money that way.
It looks like you can build a large list in any niche using the wave 'tree' format to get contacts.

Well I would just do some simple ones, whihc might already exisit so please let me know if they do.

1) Email / Messenger notification of new waves or updates.
2) Easy way to include images into a wave (inclusing scree shots)

 

Actually a toater tingy that pops up when you have a new wave or an update would be cool.

 

I don't quite understand google wave! I am a newer in this area.
