Buying WTB $1000-$3000/month site 25K budget

    I'm looking for an established site that nets over $1000/month. I would like something that requires little work to keep running.

    I'm not interested in the following:

    Proxy sites
    Phone Unlocking
    Warez/Hacking
    Anything illegal
    GPT sites
    Image hosting
    Traffic selling sites
    Shady CPA sites (weight loss berries, teeth whitening, make my penis huge, ect.)

    I'm open to pretty much anything else that I don't need a ton of knowledge about unless it is forex related. If it sells a product I expect the product to be of good quality (low refunds, happy customers).

    Let me know what you have available. $25,000 is the budget. The price of the site should reflect net income. I always buy websites through escrow as well so assume escrow fees split 50/50.
