Would be interested in hearing comments on the value of the domain as i have had a few offers on it but would like to try to figure out a ball park figure to thrash out a deal.

The domain is one that i have had for a few years now and so i would hope to think that the domain would fetch much more than this

I forgot to mention that there is a site on the domain and so the domain isn't rotting in a corner somewhere.

Looks like this domain is going to grow old with me then as not going to let it go for as little as that.

Better start looking into adding an extra 10 years onto it i guess lol

Yes you should not sell it to a reseller at all. You should build traffic as the site looks good and you can probably make money every month than most resellers will pay you and appraise it for one time payment.
