I'm working on the redesign of a URL shortener called Titbit. For that, I'm looking for a new graphic design, including a new logo. The current version of the redesign is visible at http://beta. titb. it (Remove the spaces. You can use the beta version but the database is wiped every day so don't rely on short links from the beta version). I need to keep the following logical blocks (but they can be moved / resized): - header - login - long url input - short url output - history - footer - short description of the service You will have to add space for advertising (think standard sizes) and you need to keep in mind that pages like the privacy policy need to work in the design. The graphics should be delivered as high resolution pictures (Illustrator and/or photoshop preferred). I would like to end this contest in 3 days but if I only get a handful of entries I may have to extend. I will offer critiques to help everyone better understand what I want along the way if there are questions. I will pay the winner $80 via Paypal. I do reserve the right to not pick any design if I don't find anything that I think is good enough. I also reserve the right to end the contest early if I find a perfect match unless someone posts that they are working on an entry (that would be unfair). To make sure that the contest is fair, you have to post your entry in this thread to be considered.

I'll submit mine tonight EDIT: here it is. I went for a simple, clean, clear, and functional color scheme and layout. I feel this will create a pleasant experience for your user.
@kazimn: I like the overall color scheme. 2 things: - The Orange / blue outline of the boxes may be hard to do without graphics (the current round corner boxes are javascript). - The logo needs a bit more work. The concept is good but it feels unpolished.
@zearth: I like the overall direction but it feels a bit too busy (too many different styles of fonts, etc).
@veckd: I like the overall color scheme and the simplicity of it. Is the user going to be lost when he open the options? That's a lot without visual "grouping". There's 2 for the moment but there will be a lot more.
@eCover Designer: I like the overall composition (especially the header) and the color scheme. A few things: - The logo needs to be refined - I can't see the difference between a link a title - Maybe the boxes should be simplified
@Entherman: There's too many different tone and different patterns. Some of the color mixes make it difficult to read (yellow on peach for example).
