Acai site is selling for $400

The reason I want to sell this site is I really don't have time for this project.

1. The traffic to this site is completely automated from google, about 100-200 per day. Here are 2 screenshots for the traffic:



2. I have 2 keywords, "acai berry cleanse" and "where to buy acai berry", the first one is #6 on the first page, the second is on the second page, #4. Here are 3 screenshots for the keywords: The first 2 pictures are for "acai berry cleanse", I am not good at screenshot, so I have to make them into 2 pictues.





I want to paste the picture for "where to buy acai berry", but this forum can only allow 4 pictures, so you can search its position in google by yourself.

3. This website has brought me 5 sales, since the day I created it. I don't have time to promote it further to other website traffic techniques, and so I'm sure that someone else might have use of this. If promoted further, it might make more sales.



Have you seen the convertion rate? 124 clicks lead to 5 sales, really goldmine. If promoted further, it will most definitely make more sales.

Update, after i put my site here, i copied an article from Ezinarticles for a quick update, now you can see my second keyword is also on the first page now.
