    WARNING TO ALL CLICKBANK AFFILIATES!

Do not promote http://www.getridofmycellulite.com/, aside from being a low quality product, the owner is using images STOLEN from other websites which he does not own!

This is deceptive, illegal marketing 101. Im sure the FTC would love to hear about this.

    See this:

    Images stolen from:

    http://kimscelluliteblog.com/p/

    http://www.belleairmedispa1.com/B4-A2.html

    http://www.savoybaths.com.au/ser_AWT_treat.html

The owner of this product, also owns THE SCAR SOLUTION which has faced legal problems for its product name and could face legal action from NEOSPORIN® Scar Solution for infringing on their trademarked name.

The owner of this product has also attempted to destroy the credibility of my scar product, which he claims is a 'copy-paste' of his despite the fact that the products and the sales page are completely different and the only similiarlity is that they are in the same niche.

He has also acted very aggressively on other IM marketing forums by calling members such as myself 'motherf****'s and using the phrase 'f*** you* on occassion.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS USER AND HIS PRODUCTS. He uses both the name awl03c and hyperlite on different forums.

Wow, isn't this thread ripe with a sense of professionalism and maturity :-/ I know it may sound far-fetched to you, but wouldn't you be better off letting some reputable members who are familiar with other scar guide see your book as to ascertain whether it's original content or just a blatant copy?

How stupid can you be to accuse someone when your own website is full of images found all over the web and you claim them as yours? You talk about deceptive marketing, yet you claim your product to be shown on TV  is it?

Childlessness!! I thought the images were the results of those guys Using Your product. Deceptive Marketing from both of you.

These is the type of lies telling which makes the Clickbank average refund rate so high! We all know it happens. But for you to expose it here is a shame.

Ive paid those websites for the a licence to host those images on my website.!!!!!!!!! Very shameful to even use that sentence.

    Reported...

Can't a mod ban this guy already? His childish posts are dragging down the intelligence level of this forum.

I invite everyone else to report his posts as well.

Oh and thanks for the publicity. This "low quality" product you speak of has been delivering conversion rates of 1:30 or better for my affiliates. No refunds.

    Go to hell.

This BS angers me to no end...

CBank, taking it to the streets and getting dirty like this was a dumb move boy.

This is the worst attempt at attacking someone while trying to recruit here that I've seen in a while, go figure it would be by a chrysler die-hard... haha, You'd be quite pwned if you did this to the wrong people here (perhaps you did, your new friend seems to be quite passionate about his work, and this escapade will hopefully teach you a thing or two about doing biz, don't be surprised by what you see happen to you in the next phase of business, despite how big or small the vendors you copy are... karma is already serving you).

You're new, even though you might have lurked for a while, or belong to other boards, we've seen you (others like you) come and go for a few years now, kids with your ways just don't last.

If you had bank, and a lawyer, and a brain, you'd see that we all see through your shit (and you'd do more than launch one copycat product in a tiny niche, and try to scare DP members with your tactics, real business men don't have time for this). Nothing wrong with 'competing' as even competitors here get along, but you, my (un)friend, have taken it to a new level of idiocy, and I'll tell you now that you just killed any attempt and effort at becoming respected (thus promoted) around here. Being a thief, and starting a thread, trying to callout your competitor as a thief, is the stupidest thing you could have done.

I think I'm going to launch 5 scarsolution knockoffs targeting YOU now, just for fun, to watch you desaturate. Then hand over the sites to your fav member here and further watch him laugh at this. Either it's a personal vendetta you have, or you simply got the wrong foundational skill sets when deploying your learning on what's acceptable when it comes to online business practice... or you simply never got pushed back when trying to bully someone until now.

You think you can just bounce on here and start fucking around with the members because... what... you're a baller? The sad thing is that you probably could have made friends here, and maybe some money (I mean real money, not scar solution copycat money).

YOU WILL NOT win this battle, or this war dude, and no I don't think this is a good way to start your biz (if you thought all it would take is to copy a product or two, consult your lawyer, and you can retire, you're in for a run).

But hey, what do I know, maybe you're onto something, go copy 10 products word for word, steal more photo's, photoshop some more copywritten assets, encourage marketers to promote illegal plagiarized sites/content, you'll make ton's of friends with us here, and affiliates will love you... oh and use more Dr. Phil logo's on everything, you should add Oprah too - I hear Harpo Inc. loves that shit.

Reset your attitude and business ways, you'll get better reception. This is the shittiest way to get buzz, and even though they say no publicity is bad publicity, I do think this is an exception to that rule.

The FTC? Are you serious? About web images? Regarding these images?

I should report these images the FCC to try and get my appetite back!

...and that's what the end result should NOT be...

.. ..... .. ..it should never reach 'let's be the rat first to take someone out'...

eventually everyone's reporting everyone and taking down the whole ship. Don't think the agencies above don't have measures in place for those that try to air out false accusations or get hired by third parties to create claims against competitors...

As gov't as they are, they are perhaps 30 steps ahead of us when it comes to guerilla tactics. You'd have to be a real cold blooded brave dipshit to actually report somebody for something in your own field based on emotion, and threaten your whole operation + those around you for the sake of revenge; or an attempt at digitally outing your comps.

If I asked you to wear a wire to rat out your competitor while coming to market, would you? (goes to the OP, and everyone I guess).

Perhaps people here would though behind closed doors...

    .. . .cooked rat anyone?

It's great that this is all getting aired, it sets example for future new comers. Everyone is copying everyone, fine, at least take measures to be different enough that you're not copying the whole damn thing and leaving word for word infringements, bonus materials...

Like you see here it's not admired and I would hate to see this start to become not only accepted, but encouraged, and monkey see monkey do for the next generation of vendors... We've already gone through a few generations of this recyclable constant high turnover among affs/vendors, every cycle the dilution gets worse, the offers get worse, the quality control gets worse, the vendors get more and more ballsy with morals/ethics, the networks just seem to see $ first, and voila not only are we saturated to shit but 90% of stuff is copies of copies eta l.

As if the marketplace isn't bad enough as it is, 'copy this site/product, here's $300' on elance or guru should be banned outright, and you vendors should have more self respect to be creative, the money comes from being creative not just duplicating. At least improve on what inspired you, and be respectful not a tard trying to puff out your chest after getting caught red-handed. If you have the talent and skill to copy what you saw working OP, then you have the same damn talent and skill to come correct with a (semi) original concept, and really impress people, network... and grow as a marketer and person, not create enemies from day one for the sake of trying to be bigger than one man.
