    I'm not sure try the main shops like PC world or if not buy it online. You can even download it off their website. As for cheap you're likely to have to pay an exspensive price unless its a copied CD which is illegal and you could do yourself for free.

    Almost deff yeh. Esp if it comes with photoshop and xp and everything else you would ever need ;)
