Loads fast. Design is nice (except the header) but isn't good for people with a 1024*768 screen like me You'd better fix that - Aquarezz
slightly bewildered by the flash animation, and music but otherwise, i'll give it 9/10 looks really organised, the colour scheme is great and easy on the eye, and its very easy to read and navigate through (even though i can't understand the language x.x)
Clean design...fast to load for me...but still some problems here...I can't understand what the language is...lol your songs is good too...mary xmas day...lol
loads fact and whatnot, but the most important thing about a site/forum is that people are able to understand it, so I recommend adding a translate button to the top of each page or something like that.

The speed is great, the design is pretty good, it's nice and clean. Although as the others have pointed out, it's hard to actually rate your board due to it being in Vietnamese. Good luck though.
It took a while for me to load it in 20 seconds on office lan .. that is normal, so i can safely assume it would load fast on broadband in 5-7 seconds range. Design is attractive, but you can work more on the header area in terms of improving quality of image - the smaller version of site name is pretty blurred and not needed since you already have it in your header in bigger fonts. Don't like music options on sites - since everyone has a different taste so no point in forcing music down the ears
That's really a nice design oh PHPBB. I've never seen like that. Moreover, I like the cursor/pointer very much.
