Hello, I hosted a website on 29 OCT09 and my earning is $0.48 average. what should i change to earning more. I don't want more earning but i want to earn $500 monthly. I changed layout to granitesandstone.com I want to make more popular. I need exactly help. Please let me know your experience so i walk on your experience. I am waiting your good suggestions. just to let you know that masking URL using tinyurl is against forum policy. secret behind adsense earning is the traffic. how much traffic you are currently getting? focus on driving more traffic to your site and the revenue will follow. do some link building, submit a few artciles, and see how that works. if you see your traffic and revenue growing, then keep doing what works. takes a while to get there but if you keep it up, you will reach there some day. most people try and give up so quick. just remember one thing, it takes long hard work and patience is the virtue
I launched my site on 2nd December and have been earning about $2-$5 a day. I haven't got much sign up yet but what I can conclude is that the more traffic, the more you earn. I haven't publicize the site just yet because I haven't had the time to do so (considering I like being in forums instead of submitting my site) and if you haven't I think it's best that you do.

Your site is in not bad shape but maybe this could help in the long run. 1. I see that you are using the common blue link color around the site. What you need to do is chose a primary internal link color that is different than the common one and make your "Home | News | Sitemap, etc" that new colors. You should also change the "Granite, sandstone, etc" color to something else too. So now you got all links that go further in your site a special link color (except for links in an article, just keep them default color). 2. Use the multi-color patlette system the adsense has to offer because it makes it so the ads change color. You don't have to change them much and still keep the ads background white. Change is good for CTR. Traffic: 1. go to the "directories & solicitations" in dp and go topic to topic submitting the link to the directories. Make it a habit to always do that. I know it doesn't help for like 2 to 3 months but once it starts you'll thank yourself for the effort. 2. Add your link to any social bookmark account you can. Facebook, myspace, etc. 3. Think about finding an addon script to intigrate a link spot in your site so you can do link exchanges. The one you have is not SITEWIDE. Sitewide is good. 4. Join a mass amount of forums that relate to your site and to the following A) Add the link in the footer B) Make 5 posts In time you'll know how to scavenge the internet for links and the more the better.
Not only traffic, but targeted traffic. I'm doing something like 20$ a day with no more than 100 unique visitors using adsense
