TV Tunner Card - Any recommendation, please guide

Hello Friends

I want to buy a TV Tunner card, so please give me advice and suggestion.

• Should I go for Internal TV Tunner or External Card
• Which company make I should go for

Details of computer in which I will use this TV tunner card -

Dual Core 2.20 GHZ
2 GB RAM
LCD Samsung 20"

Any of the cards towards the top would work great for your needs.

 

Go for external TV tuner Card as it is very easy to attahc without opening the CPU box pack.

 

External TV tuner card would look congested, let it be the internal one. Sony TV tuner cards are better ones.

 

What will be the cost of such tunner card ... tell me in $$$

 

You should go with external ones.
Internal ones are not good for a PC.
And you can buy a Intex one in just Rs.900.
I am using it and its working perfectly.

Will you consider anything else which you are now missing in your current TV tunner card.

I can pay upto Rs. 2000 ...

That one is coming with any remote or not ?

Please tell me model number as well.

 

Well, it comes with remote .

Everything is there in it which you want.

And there is no need to pay Rs.2000 as you can get it in just 900.

Just go to a shop and ask for a external Intex Tuner and they will give it to you.

what kind of quality you are getting with these TV Tunner card.

 

Well, I was using Tata Sky and the quality was superb.
Crystal clear videos on Monitor and CD quality sound via my Home theater.

But if you are using Cable connection then you need good reception there in order to see the channels clearly.

Thanks Lalit_Burma for thread ,was of much help for me.Can anyone please check out ebay and tell me the exact name and make so that i can know this one would work for me.Bcoz ebay is having various pendrive type and other tuner cards which are confusing me.I having a cable connection in India.

Well, don't buy it from eBay !

But it from a shop.
And its not tough..
Just go there and tell them you have CRT or LCD and they will give you the correct one.
And buy the one of INTEX... they are best... Mine is working from last 11 months. And cost is around Rs.900 for CRT.
