I have an important question regarding PayPal: Yesterday, I made two transfers from my PayPal account to my bank account. In my PayPal payment/transaction "history", the status for these transfers is "completed", but the money has not been transferred to my bank account. My PayPal balance has decreased, but my bank account's balance has not increased - it's almost as if the money is "lost". Is it normal for the status in my PayPal log to be "completed" before the transfer is actually completed? Or does this mean that the PayPal system "thinks" it transferred the money, and it's a serious problem that I'm not seeing it in my bank account?
This is perfectly normal, it takes a few days for the money to be actually deposited in your bank account. Not sure, but near Christmas times it could take a little bit longer.
Okay, that's fine. I'm just confused as to why PayPal would mark it as "completed". Perhaps just to scare worry-warts like myself.
Cause on paypal's side it is actually completed but you do have to wait for the bank to actually put it in your account. Took mine about 5days I wouldn't worry
I had the same problem when I first opened my Paypal account some years ago, don't worry about it I think in about 4-5 days it will be transfered to your bank, not exactly sure. It just says completed because on their side it has, your bank just needs to process it and BTW... RefleX... House is awesome =]
Be patient....Your transfer will be completed in 3 - 7 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule and funds availability policy.
If this is your first time and you have entered all details (bank name, account name, number etc. details) correctly then no need to worry at all. You will get your funds in your bank accounts within max 5-6 working days. DON.
Hey don't be panic.. it will take time to deposit in your account . it depends on your banks working days.. if there are holidays in that week it may take time..
Please be patient. It will take at least 3-4 "banking" days for your money to be sent to your bank account. And it could delay if you have withdrawn during weekends or holidays. And also, after you withdraw, there's an email sent by Paypal regarding an estimated time wherein you will receive your money.
Hi Nick, Yes, it indeed takes a little more time for the money to be deposited to your account after paypal says your transaction has been completed. In most cases, it is because there are intermediary banks through which your money passes before it actually gets to your own bank. And, of course, in most cases, they get worked on only during banking hours when there are people sho can actually check the transfer and deposit it to your account. In my experience, it can take up to 7 days to get your money ion your account, especially if there's an intervening weekend. Hope that helps
Paypal is surely very efficient these days and I am happy that you too got the funds in two days flat.. from the day of your withdrawal request! I received my money in two days as well, just in time for my needs! Regards, RightMan
