your business is listed and when you search with your keywords, as there are many businesses listed, you have to scroll at the next pages. try different related keywords also

 

Though you have added your listing in Google Business Center the prime purpose of Local business Center to show the listings for your keywords in Local Searches for e.g. if you are located in New York and submitted your listing for health spa, in that case whenever any searches happens like "spa new york" or "health spa new york" then you will most likely appear in the searches but still it is depend upon how many listings are there for your subject and the Click through Rate. If your website link get clicked more often it is likely to get your listing at first position depend upon the same principle for your competition.

once you added your business listing in Google local business center, after that you need to check it properly page wise and it's processional way to build your listing on Google.
