I have a beauty blog and I am monetizing it with market health affiliate network. Please take a look at the website www.beyoutifulblog.com . Do you think it its too much for the viewers if I put an ad, in every blog posting, or should I maybe do it every other, what do you think? Admin Note: I posted the website url, not to spam but to show an example of the site and the ad placement. Once the question is answered this thread can be deleted if you would like.
I guess you could put ads as part of every post or in the right sidebar, below the list of categories.
It's only one ad per page. You could have two, and it would be fine. You may want to use text ads with a picture instead as they convert better. Perhaps you should consider also having a shopping page they can go to for "deals" and coupons??? But I'd be more concerned about the articles. There's not much info in each one.
I like the idea about the deals page. Could you Explain more about the articles. The first set I had made, I had the lady lower the word count because I thought they had too much information..
*shrugs shoulders* What's there to explain? There is just not enough useful info there for your readers. No offense. Read a few of them again, and then ask yourself: Can I get anything out of this? Can this actually help me? So many are brainwashed into thinking that articles should be short. The thing is, many want more good info in an article, without the fluff. Think about making some of your shorter articles 2-3 times longer. Don't be afraid to do this. Remember, if you have good info in them, they WILL read them. Also, your text is hard to read. Try 12 font, Georgia.
