problem deleting program

    I installed a program on my computer a while ago. Now I would like to remove it. But I can't seem to find it listed anywhere in my programs to be able to uninstall it. Can anyone help?

    Reinstall the program maybe you can uninstall now.
    or
    Do a system restore to a date before you had the program installed.

    If you 're using Windows.

    The program is called instant buzz and right now it is on my internet explorer in the toolbar.

    I have quite a few programs on my hard drive i just cant seem to get rid of.

    Whenever i use ie i get a pop-up that stays above the screen which i cant get rid of. I have to move it down out of view and its rearly p*****g me off
